A Unique Approach to Advising Middle Market Companies Serving the Automotive & Transportation Industries
The Roadmap to Successful M&A, Capital Raising and More.
PMCF’s Automotive Group focuses on serving the exclusive needs of middle market transactions within the Automotive and the adjacent transportation industries. Our exclusive focus on automotive m&a advisory provides value to our clients through a unique and dedicated approach to solving their needs and maximizing value. Our clients benefit from our team’s expertise in working with private equity, publicly-owned, and entrepreneur-owned industry leading companies. The combined middle market experience of our investment bankers offers the expertise and transactional competence of larger (international) investment banks, but with a higher level of personal and professional dedication traditionally associated with regional and specialized investment banks and third-parties.
We are among the leaders in automotive m&a advisory services, where our expertise encompasses manufacturers, distributors, service providers, branded products, aftermarket and retailers.
Our middle-market automotive and transportation transactions have included sale, divestiture, acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements with public, private, and financial backed organizations including private equity. In the majority of these transactions we have represented a product or end market leader and interacted directly with multiple key strategic buyers. The result of this experience is our extensive relationships with executive decision makers of the most active acquirers of, investors in, and lenders to automotive and transportation companies.
