PMCF Investment Banking is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Konyndyk to Vice President.
As part of PMCF’s Plastics & Packaging team, Konyndyk advises clients on complex middle market M&A transactions, supporting in-depth industry analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and overall deal execution. His work has contributed to successful transaction outcomes across both sell-side and buy-side engagements and has strengthened relationships with business owners, private equity partners, and colleagues.
Prior to joining PMCF, Konyndyk was a manager at Plante Moran Financial Advisors, where he focused on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. He earned a BS in business administration with a focus in finance from Central Michigan University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
PMCF Investment Banking President and Managing Director Matt Jamison said Konyndyk’s promotion reflects both his execution capabilities and his continued development within the firm.
