Mr. Gilbert is a Managing Director with and founder of PMCF. He is also a founding member of Corporate Finance International, a global advisory of investment banking firms assisting companies with buy-side and sell-side advisory throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. Phil leads the Automotive practice of PMCF and co-leads the practice for CFI. He also leads the Aerospace & Defense practice for both PMCF and CFI. Most of Phil’s clients are involved in metal fabrication and assembly processes.
Prior to the formation of PMCF, Phil was a Partner with Plante & Moran, PLLC. He has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker to business media and organizations on investment banking topics.
Mr. Hart is a Managing Director of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF) and leads the firm’s Plastics & Packaging team. He has over 18 years of professional experience advising clients with company sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recap transactions and financings. Mr. Hart specializes in assisting companies that operate in the plastics and packaging industries and has led the successful completion of more than 20 transactions in these industries over the last 6 years. He has also provided strategic advisory to numerous companies to assist shareholders with planning for an ultimate sale. Mr. Hart’s clients have included entrepreneurs, family owned businesses, large international companies and private equity groups.
Mr. Hart has authored over 30 plastics and packaging industry M&A reports and is a frequent speaker at plastics and packaging industry trade conferences. He has also contributed to numerous articles and industry reports relating to plastics and packaging M&A. Mr. Hart’s network includes many of the strategic players and private equity groups in the plastics and packaging industries.
Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Mr. Hart served as President of a privately held distribution company where he provided strategic direction, operational leadership, and assistance with the ultimate sale of the company. Mr. Hart also worked in the Corporate Value Consulting Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hart has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a finance emphasis from Michigan State University, and is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations.
Mr. Hughes is a Managing Director of P&M Corporate Finance and leads the firm’s Medical Technology team. He has over 10 years of business and transaction advisory experience, specializing in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private placements, financings, valuation and strategic consulting. Bryan’s clients have ranged from global life sciences companies to small, privately held businesses. In addition to leading the firm’s Medical Technology team, he has also completed transactions in business services, consumer and industrial sectors.
Mr. Hughes earned a B.B.A. with emphasis in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a licensed securities representative, holding Series 7 and 63 registrations. He has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on healthcare investment banking topics.
Mr. Jamison is a Managing Director and President of PMCF and is responsible for managing client relationships, leading transaction teams, and actively marketing the services of PMCF to potential clients. As President of PMCF, Mr. Jamison also provides strategic, operational and financial direction to the firm.
Mr. Jamison has over 25 years of professional experience advising clients on strategic and financial alternatives, sale and acquisition transactions, divestitures, and recapitalizations. His current and past clients include leading private equity groups, private companies and public corporations in Business & Technology Services, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare and Industrials. Mr. Jamison has completed numerous cross-border transactions and is the ex-Chairman of PMCF’s global investment banking group, Corporate Finance International.
Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Mr. Jamison worked as an international consultant and CPA for Plante Moran. He received his BA in accounting from Hillsdale College, and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan. He holds his Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Mr. Price is a Managing Director of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF) and has more than 30 years of professional experience in strategic planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions (M&A); transaction development and execution; profit and loss (P&L) management; consulting services delivery in strategic services; software selection and implementation; e-commerce strategy, selection, and implementation; and management consulting. In addition, he has 17 years of direct experience in M&A transactions and capital formation transactions.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Price was the President of EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC where he successfully led buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory projects for clients across industries, including software, business and financial services, energy, manufacturing and distribution, clean tech, and supply chain management. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth and contributes to M&A focused events.
Mr. Price received his BSCS in Computer Science and Business at the University of Puget Sound, and earned his MBA from the University of Denver. He is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 24, 63, and 79 registrations.
Mr. Wagner is a Managing Director with PMCF. He leads the firm’s Distribution group and co-leads the firm’s Diversified Industrials group. He has over 16 years of investment banking experience focused on the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, shareholder recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, and the private placement of senior and subordinated debt. He specializes in advising businesses that serve manufacturing, distribution and transportation industries and has represented privately-held and publicly-listed companies and private equity groups both domestically and internationally. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to M&A focused events and publications.
Mr. Wagner earned a BBA with distinction with an emphasis in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and earned an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations.
Mr. Congleton is a Vice President with PMCF and is a member of the firm’s Diversified Industrials team. He has assisted clients with business acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, management buyouts, and financing transactions for senior debt, subordinated debt and equity. Mr. Congleton has experience in multiple segments, including consumer, chemicals, manufacturing, and distribution.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Congleton worked as an Investment Banking Associate for Deutsche Bank and D.A. Davidson & Co. Mr. Congleton earned an MBA distinction Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelors of Science in Economics with high distinction from the United States Naval Academy. He holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations.
Mr. Fisher is a Vice President with PMCF and a member of the firm’s Plastics & Packaging team. He has a broad range of experience in sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments, having advised public and private companies on merger and acquisition mandates, valuation matters, private placements and financing transactions across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Fisher worked as a Management Consultant for Plante Moran, a middle market public accounting and business advisory firm, and KPMG, an international audit, tax and advisory firm. Mr. Fisher earned a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Lehigh University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 79, 63, and 82 registrations.
Mr. Gitt is a Vice President of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF) and has more than 11 years of experience across a diverse financial services background, including corporate finance initiatives, sourcing and structuring capital for debt and equity transactions, buy-side and sell-side representation. Prior to joining PMCF, he managed complex client portfolios and relationships, raised and managed private equity funds, and has experience in management and financial consulting at EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC. Jayson has represented business owners and shareholders, corporate clients, entrepreneurs, investors, and lenders in various transactions.
Mr. Gitt received his BS in finance at Southern Nazarene University, and earned his MBA from the University of Denver. He is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations.
Mr. Rupprecht is a Vice President with PMCF and member of the firm’s Business and Technology Services team. He has a broad range of deal experience including the execution of a variety of transactions including buy and sell-side M&A advisory, international transactions, leveraged buyouts, and the placement of senior and subordinated debt. Mr. Rupprecht has extensive experience in business and technology services subsectors including human capital, advertising, facilities management services, managed services, and business process outsourcing. Beyond services providers, he has represented specialty retailers, value-added resellers, and product manufacturers. Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Rupprecht provided litigation consulting and valuation services for a middle-market focused accounting firm. Mr. Rupprecht earned a BBA with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, graduating with high distinction. He is a FINRA licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7 and 63 registrations. Mr. Rupprecht is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Marks is a Vice President with PMCF in the Chicago office. Mr. Marks has 10+ years of transaction advisory experience, having advised public and private companies on M&A, capital advisory, valuation matters, and corporate strategy across multiple industries, including Consumer, Food & Beverage, Business Services, Industrials, and Aerospace & Defense.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Marks worked as a Vice President at William Blair on their Consumer & Retail team. At William Blair, Mr. Marks advised clients on a variety of M&A transactions primarily in the Food & Beverage and Consumer Products sectors.
Mr. Marks also previously worked as an investment banker at PwC Corporate Finance and Lakeshore Food Advisors. Mr. Marks earned a BA in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA, with distinction, from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He holds his Series, 79, 63, and 62 registrations.
