Based in Mount Laurel, NJ, Sekisui America Corporation is the parent company of Kleerdex Company, LLC, manufacturer of KYDEX® thermoplastic sheet. Allen Extruders, Inc. was founded in 1970 and is a leading manufacturer of extruded thermoplastic sheet for the thermoforming industry. The transaction closed on April 12, 2007.
PMCF worked closely with Allen’s management to drive an efficient transaction process, where strategic and financial buyers were evaluated on a number of quantitative and qualitative factors. “As a second-generation, family-run company, our legacy is important to us.
