PMCF advises Corium International Inc. in its divesture of Labeltape and Eye Pro to The Beckham Group

P&M Corporate Finance represented Corium International Inc. in its divesture of two divisions to The Beckham Group; Labeltape, a manufacturer of printed labels, and Eye Pro, a distributor of disposable eye protection. Corium International specializes in dermal, transdermal, mucosal and transmucosal delivery systems, wound care products, medical devices and diagnostic products. The Beckham Group is a privately held investment and consulting company providing consulting services and investments in the graphic arts industry. By introducing The Beckham Group to the transaction, P&M Corporate Finance achieved Corium’s primary goals, to sell to a group that would maintain the business in West Michigan as well as providing employees an opportunity to grow the business under new ownership.
