PMCF Investment Banking is proud to announce that Managing Director Joe Wagner has been recognized as a 2025 Notable M&A Dealmaker by Crain’s Detroit Business.
The annual list honors professionals who have made a significant impact on the M&A community including investment bankers, attorneys and private equity professionals.
Wagner co-leads PMCF’s Industrials vertical and his inclusion on the 2025 list reflects a large breadth of work, including the sourcing and leadership of 28 transactions totaling more than $2.2 billion in enterprise value since 2020.
His profile on Crain’s Detroit Business highlighted his community involvement as well as impactful transactions, including those involving The Grote Family of Brands, Airsupply Jeyco and Home Pro Exteriors, among others.
