PMCF Investment Banking is pleased to announce the promotions of three individuals to vice president and three to associate within the organization, effective January 1, 2024.
Matt Jamison, President and Managing Director of PMCF, congratulated all the team members.

Grant Dennis
Grant Dennis is now a Vice President at PMCF. He primarily focuses on PMCF’s Industrial team and has more than ten years of transaction experience working with middle-market clients in sponsor finance and investment banking. He joined PMCF in 2021 and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Kyle Diephuis
Kyle Diephuis is now a Vice President at PMCF as a part of the firm’s Plastics and Packaging team. He brings more than nine years of professional experience in investment banking, consulting, and corporate finance. Kyle joined PMCF in 2021 and is based out of the firm’s Detroit office.

Kurt Goss
Kurt Goss is now a Vice President at PMCF. He has more than six years of M&A investment banking experience, including private equity. Goss joined PMCF in 2021 and is based in the Denver office.

Mac Carron
Mac Carron is now an Associate at PMCF. Carron joined PMCF in 2021 after graduating from Michigan State University and is based out of the firm’s Detroit office.

Mark Ghannam
Mark Ghannam is now an Associate at PMCF. Before joining PMCF, Ghannam was a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate at PwC, focusing on global tax planning and compliance matters primarily for automotive and industrial manufacturing clients. He’s a CPA, licensed in the state of Michigan. Ghannam joined PMCF in 2022 and is based in the firm’s Detroit office.

Nolan Gutenschwager
Nolan Gutenschwager is now an Associate at PMCF. Gutenschwager joined PMCF in 2021 after graduating from Michigan State University and is based in the firm’s Detroit office.
