PMCF Investment Banking Announces Promotions of Six Team Members

PMCF Investment Banking is proud to announce the promotions of six team members, including four vice presidents, an associate, and a marketing senior consultant.

Mike DeProspero is now vice president. DeProspero started with PMCF in 2021 as an associate and has more than six years of transaction experience, including his previous experience in financial due diligence. Prior to joining PMCF, he worked as a manager in the Deals – Financial Due Diligence group at PwC, focusing on the healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Prior to that he worked on Audit and Assurance work at Grant Thornton and Deloitte. DeProspero earned a BS in accounting, finance, and business with a minor in analytical consulting from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.

Soren Rossi is now vice president, focusing on PMCF’s Plastics and Packaging vertical. Rossi started as an analyst with the firm in 2021 after previously working as an intern. He earned a BA in economics from Northwestern University, minoring in political science.

Corey Schreiber is now vice president. Based out of PMCF’s Denver office, Schreiber began with PMCF in 2021 as an associate. Prior to joining PMCF, he worked as an associate at Capstone Partners and Citibank, focusing on middle-market transactions.  He earned a BBA from the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Jake Lane is now vice president. Based out of PMCF’s Denver office, he started with the firm in 2022 as an associate. Prior to joining PMCF, Lane worked as a Senior Consultant at Ricardo PLC, where he led strategic & operational initiatives with multiple clients in the electric vehicles sector. He earned a BA from Albion College and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. ​

Rachel Sigulinsky is now an associate. She started as an analyst in 2022 and is based out of the firm’s Detroit office. Prior to joining PMCF full-time, she worked in Valuations at Plante Moran and interned at BMW Financial Services and General Motors. Sigulinsky earned a BS in finance with a minor in political science and a specialized master’s in finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Roy Hathaway is now a senior marketing consultant. Hathaway has worked with PMCF in the marketing department since 2020 and started with the firm as an admin in 2018.

PMCF President and Managing Director Matt Jamison said all six individuals consistently demonstrate exceptional abilities in supporting clients with transaction needs.
