PMCF Recognized at the Global M&A Network’s 12th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards

PMCF is pleased to announce that their firm received two awards at the Global M&A Network’s 12th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards Ceremony on November 16 and 17, 2020. During the celebrations, the Global M&A Network recognized the achievements of successful dealmakers, outstanding firms, and the best-growth delivering transactions. PMCF was recognized as the “Industrials Boutique Investment Banking Firm of the Year” and received the “Plastics & Packaging Deal of the Year” award for its role in Finch Paper’s acquisition of French Paper.

PMCF was honored with the “Plastics & Packaging Deal of the Year” award for its role as exclusive financial advisor to French Paper during its acquisition by Finch Paper. French Paper, one of the oldest family-owned businesses located in Michigan, was founded in 1871 and is renowned in the industry for a unique ability to produce custom colors. Jerry French, French Paper CEO, commented, “John Hart and his team played a critical role in helping us to evaluate strategic options and guiding the Company through a transaction process that led to a successful transaction with Finch Paper. They were heavily involved throughout each step of the process to make sure that the French family’s needs were met with this transaction.”
