Charlie Lorge is a Vice President at PMCF’s Chicago office. He has over seven years of experience advising corporate clients and private equity sponsors on complex mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic advisory engagements. Charlie is responsible for providing transaction support for merger, acquisition, and capital raising advisory services, executing financial and strategic analyses, as well as conducting industry research and due diligence.​

Prior to joining PMCF, Charlie worked at TKO Miller, a Milwaukee-based boutique investment bank, where he rose from Analyst to Vice President. Throughout his career, Charlie has led all phases of the transaction process and has developed deep sector expertise across industrials and distribution. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.​
