Soren Rossi
Vice President
Soren Rossi is a Vice President with PMCF Investment Banking and a member of the firm’s Plastics & Packaging team. He has over five years of sell‑side investment banking experience and has completed more than ten transactions involving founder‑owned, family‑owned, and sponsor‑backed businesses.
At PMCF, Soren leads day‑to‑day execution across all phases of sell-side, buy‑side, and capital‑raising engagements. He works closely with senior bankers and clients throughout all phases of the transaction process.
Soren focuses exclusively on the plastics and packaging industries, with particular experience across Extrusion, Injection Molding, Color & Compounding and Rigid Packaging. He also plays an active role in developing PMCF’s Plastics and Packaging thought leadership, contributing to regular market updates and sector‑focused newsletters.
Prior to joining PMCF full‑time, Soren worked as a Winter Analyst with the firm. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University, with a minor in Political Science.

Global Plastics M&A recorded 36 transactions in May, increasing by five deals from April and seven from May 2025, bringing year-to-date volume to 188 transactions.
Packaging M&A Update – April 2026
Global Packaging M&A activity remained stable in April, with 28 deals announced, one fewer than April 2025 and slightly above March levels. Through the first four months of 2026, 105 deals have been announced, a 27-deal decrease from the prior-year period.
