Grant Dennis is a Vice President at PMCF Investment Banking and is a member of the firm’s Industrials team. He has more than 12 years of professional experience and advises clients with their buy side and sell side M&A transactions, recapitalizations, and placement of senior and subordinated debt. He has extensive experience across multiple sectors including value-added distribution, specialty manufacturing, and industrial repair & maintenance services.
Prior to joining PMCF, Grant worked at CIBC providing financing and capital solutions to both private equity and founded-owned businesses. Grant earned a BS in finance at the Kelley School of Business from Indiana University and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 63 and 82 registrations.
