Mr. Hart specializes in assisting companies that operate in the plastics and packaging industries and has led the successful completion of more than 20 transactions in these industries over the last 6 years. He has also provided strategic advisory to numerous companies to assist shareholders with planning for an ultimate sale. Mr. Hart’s clients have included entrepreneurs, family owned businesses, large international companies and private equity groups.
Mr. Hart has authored over 30 plastics and packaging industry M&A reports and is a frequent speaker at plastics and packaging industry trade conferences. Mr. Fetouh’s experience spans private and public enterprises and sell- and buy-side M&A, divestiture, valuation, FP&A, and growth strategy projects.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Fetouh held investment banking analyst and associate positions with an emphasis on middle market transactions and was a member of Gogo Inflight Internet’s international finance team.
