Chicago, IL – P&M Corporate Finance LLC (PMCF) is pleased to announce its recent senior level hire in their Chicago, Illinois office. Sagar Janveja joins PMCF as Vice President and is a member of the firm’s Diversified Industrials team. Mr. Janveja has over 11 years of transaction advisory experience, having advised public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements and strategic advisory mandates across multiple industries. “We’re thrilled to welcome Sagar to the team. His M&A experience, deep technical capabilities and commitment to client service are a natural fit. We’re also excited about adding enhanced deal expertise in our Chicago office,” states Phil Gilbert, President of PMCF.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Janveja worked as a Vice President at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. (BGL), an investment banking firm in Chicago. At BGL, Mr. Janveja helped lead the Business Services practice and advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raising assignments, valuations and corporate strategy. Previously, Mr. Janveja was a Senior Associate at Scott-Macon, Ltd., a New York-based middle market investment bank, and an Associate in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Banc of America Securities LLC in New York.
Mr. Janveja earned a B.A in English from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A concentrating in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He is a licensed securities representative, holding the Series 7, 31, and 63 registrations.
