Both advise clients on complex middle-market transactions, consistently delivering thoughtful guidance and strong execution in sell-side and buy-side engagements. Each has developed trusted relationships with business owners, private equity partners, and colleagues, reflecting their commitment to client outcomes and the firm’s broader platform.

Mike Brooks

Mike Brooks started at PMCF in 2014 and has more than 14 years of investment banking experience. As a Director based in PMCF’s Chicago office, he brings extensive transaction experience across the healthcare and medical technology sectors.

Prior to joining PMCF, Mike worked as an Analyst at a boutique investment bank, focusing on financial and strategic analysis, valuation, industry research, due diligence, and the preparation of comprehensive client marketing materials. He earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 79 and 63 licenses

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with PMCF and to support our Healthcare and MedTech clients through some of their most important strategic decisions,” Brooks said. “The firm’s collaborative platform and sector expertise have been instrumental in supporting successful transaction outcomes, and I look forward to building on that momentum.”

Jake Steslicki

Jake Steslicki started at PMCF in 2017 and has a decade of investment banking experience. As a Director, he brings extensive transaction experience and has developed a strong specialization as the leader of PMCF’s Consumer, Food, & Beverage M&A practice, advising clients across a range of subsectors.

Jake earned a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 82 and 63 licenses.

“It has been incredibly rewarding to work alongside the PMCF team to support clients across the consumer, food, and beverage landscape,” Steslicki said. “I’m excited to step into this role and continue helping business owners, executives, and investors achieve their objectives.”

PMCF Investment Banking President and Managing Director Matt Jamison said, in addition to their transaction execution, Brooks and Steslicki have played key roles in mentoring junior team members and supporting PMCF’s continued growth as a leading middle market M&A advisor.
