Scott Schramm is a Vice President at PMCF’s Detroit office and has more than seven years of M&A investment banking experience. Scott is responsible for conducting industry research, financial modeling and analysis, valuations, and various other investment banking functions to support sell side, buy side, and capital raising transactions.
Scott began his career at PMCF as an analyst and then associate, where he focused on both industrials and business services M&A transactions. Prior to rejoining PMCF in 2024, Scott worked in the Structured Products group at Goldman Sachs and the Private Capital Advisory group at Jefferies, supporting both corporations and financial institutions. Scott earned a BA in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 63, 79, and 82 registrations
