One division provides micro-filmed and digitized versions of journals, newspapers, periodicals, and collections sold to university and public libraries nationwide. The second division provides a total landed solution for course packs assembled and sold to universities. NAPC is the nation’s leader in both businesses in terms of market share, brand recognition, and innovation. P&M Corporate Finance negotiated the transaction with the parent company, secured senior debt and mezzanine debt from two different sources to fund the acquisition, and worked with management and the parent to create a transition plan to achieve fully autonomous operations within the first 12 months post closing.
