P&M Corporate Finance (“PMCF”) is pleased to announce that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Lundberg & Associates in a sale of an interest in eTitle Insurance Agency, L.L.C. (“eTitle”) to Backman Title Services.
eTitle is one of the largest providers of processing services for the mortgage and real estate industries in the state of Utah. The Company provides a wide range of non-legal processing services in connection with mortgage defaults including title and closing services. The transaction provided Lundberg & Associates with a partial liquidity event and also further formalized a partnership that will provide additional capacity and process efficiencies for title and closing services.
PMCF worked extensively with Lundberg & Associates on strategic planning for the company. PMCF, in utilizing its business process outsourcing industry expertise, was able to present the company with a variety of strategic alternatives, which resulted in the pursuit of an expanded strategic partnership with Backman Title Services. PMCF served as exclusive financial advisor to Lundberg & Associates and was actively involved in all facets of the transaction.
