PMCF has promoted two long-time team members as directors.
Jayson Gitt and Eddie Zukowski began their new roles as directors on Jan. 1, 2024 – joining PMCF’s leadership team.
Jayson Gitt, started at PMCF in 2018 and has more than 16 years of investment banking experience advising buy side and sell side M&A transactions, sourcing and structuring capital for debt and equity transactions, and corporate finance initiatives. Based out of PMCF’s Denver office, he has experience across multiple segments, including software and technology, industrial distribution, construction, and manufacturing.
Gitt has a BS in finance at Southern Nazarene University and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 7, 24, 66 and 79 registrations.

Eddie Zukowski, started at PMCF in 2018, and has more than a decade of experience in the investment banking industry, advising buy side and sell side M&A transactions. As a director based out of PMCF’s Detroit office, he brings a wide range of transaction experience serving the industrials and transportation & logistics industries.
He earned a BBA in both finance and accounting from the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University. Eddie is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 63, 79 and 82 registrations.
