Mr. Gilbert is Managing Director and President of PMCF and has more than 25 years of professional experience in acquisitions, divestitures, sale mandates, capital raising, and joint ventures. In addition to leading PMCF, Mr. Gilbert is a founding member of Corporate Finance International, a global alliance of investment banking firms assisting companies seeking acquisitions, alliance partners and buyers throughout Europe, Asia, and North America.
Prior to the formation of PMCF, Mr. Gilbert was a partner with Plante & Moran, PLLC. He earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan. Mr. Gilbert has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker to business media and organizations on various investment banking topics.
Mr. McFarlen is a Director of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF) and has almost 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and financial consulting assisting public and privately held clients, including many owned by private equity groups, with transaction advisory and M&A services. Mr. McFarlen has extensive experience in business valuation, business transition planning, due diligence, estate and gift tax planning, financial modeling, executive compensation, specialty tax, and other financial strategy and transaction services. Prior to joining PMCF he was a Director at EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC with the partner expertise developed at EKS&H LLLP (EKS&H) Transaction Advisory Services group.
Mr. McFarlen earned his BS in accounting from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and CFA Charterholder and is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 24, 28, 63, and 79 registrations.
Mr. Wagner is a Managing Director with PMCF. He leads the firm’s Distribution group and co-leads the firm’s Diversified Industrials group. He has over 16 years of investment banking experience focused on the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, shareholder recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, and the private placement of senior and subordinated debt. He specializes in advising businesses that serve manufacturing, distribution and transportation industries and has represented privately-held and publicly-listed companies and private equity groups both domestically and internationally. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to M&A focused events and publications.
Mr. Wagner earned a BBA with distinction with an emphasis in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and earned an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations.
Mr. Congleton is a Vice President with PMCF and is a member of the firm’s Diversified Industrials team. He has assisted clients with business acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, management buyouts, and financing transactions for senior debt, subordinated debt and equity. Mr. Congleton has experience in multiple segments, including consumer, chemicals, manufacturing, and distribution.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Congleton worked as an Investment Banking Associate for Deutsche Bank and D.A. Davidson & Co. Mr. Congleton earned an MBA distinction Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelors of Science in Economics with high distinction from the United States Naval Academy. He holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations.
Mr. Gitt is a Vice President of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF) and has more than 11 years of experience across a diverse financial services background, including corporate finance initiatives, sourcing and structuring capital for debt and equity transactions, buy-side and sell-side representation. Prior to joining PMCF, he managed complex client portfolios and relationships, raised and managed private equity funds, and has experience in management and financial consulting at EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC. Jayson has represented business owners and shareholders, corporate clients, entrepreneurs, investors, and lenders in various transactions.
Mr. Gitt received his BS in finance at Southern Nazarene University, and earned his MBA from the University of Denver. He is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations.
Mr. Gorski is a Vice President with PMCF and a member of the firm’s Medical Technology team. Mr. Gorski has over 8 years of transaction advisory experience, having advised public and private companies on merger and acquisition mandates, valuation matters, private placements and financing transactions across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Gorski worked as a Vice President for Madison Street Capital, an investment banking firm located in Chicago. At Madison Street Capital Mr. Gorski advised clients on merger and acquisition activities, capital raising assignments and corporate strategy. Prior to Madison Street Capital, Mr. Gorski worked as an investment banking Associate with Donnelly Penman & Partners, a Detroit-based investment banking firm. Mr. Gorski graduated from Miami University with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish (Latin American Studies). He is a licensed securities representative, holding the Series 7 and 63 registrations.
Sagar Janveja is a Vice President with PMCF and member of the firm’s Diversified Industrials team. Mr. Janveja has over 11 years of transaction advisory experience, having advised public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements and strategic advisory mandates across multiple industries. Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Janveja worked as a Vice President at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. (BGL), an investment banking firm in Chicago. At BGL, Mr. Janveja helped lead the Business Services practice and advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raising assignments, valuations and corporate strategy.
Previously, Mr. Janveja was a Senior Associate at Scott-Macon, Ltd., a New York-based middle market investment bank, and an Associate in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Banc of America Securities LLC in New York. Mr. Janveja earned a B.A in English from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A concentrating in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He is a licensed securities representative, holding the Series 7, 31, and 63 registrations.
Mr. Linnebach is a Vice President of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF) and has a broad range of deal experience focused on the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory across a variety of sectors, including healthcare technology, medical services, niche manufacturing, specialty distribution, business services, consumer products, and real estate. Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Linnebach helped develop and launch EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC by helping middle-market clients buy, sell, and recapitalize their companies.
