- Transportation & logistics
Our team’s successful track record in the middle market allows us to provide clients with a unique and differentiated approach to transaction advisory services. Our team has closed over 100 industrial transactions. This amount of experience affords multiple benefits to our clients; including (i) a deep understanding of current market trends, (ii) an ability to understand the key value drivers and positioning considerations of their businesses, and (iii) the skills to anticipate and mitigate key transaction issues to increase the likelihood of a value maximizing transaction.
These attributes of an advisor are particularly important with industrial companies facing a myriad set of challenges in today’s economic landscape. Managing material price fluctuations, global competition, labor issues, and balancing growth objectives requires an investment banker with an understanding of industry dynamics to navigate these issues.
